so as a population that is almost a third of this figure we are the source of 1% of the worlds global emissions. According to the website below this 1% constitutes 80% of power supply.

Add transport and cattle stocks plus the rest of industry and we can easily assume that as a population that is less the 1% of the worlds total population we output considerably more green house gases that we equitably should.
